Is the free plan actually usable?

Nothing is held back on the free plan — all three plugins, public links and full export, with room for 100 notes and 100 MB. Enough to find out whether it earns a place in your workflow.

How is storage counted? Why is it bigger than my notes?

Because every draft is kept. A rewrite never overwrites what came before, so you can always go back. The usage page lists your notes and earlier drafts separately, so you can see where the space goes.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, on both plans — one click gives you a zip of every note as Markdown. For something that holds your own knowledge, portability is a precondition for trusting it, not a paid feature.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your dashboard. You keep Pro until the billing period ends. Dropping back to free never deletes notes — you just can't create new ones while over the limit.

Do you train on my notes?

Accepted Answer

No. Notes are private by default and readable only by you. A note becomes visible to anyone else only when you explicitly make that one public.

Question 6

What if my session contains credentials?

Accepted Answer

The agent redacts keys, tokens and internal hostnames as it writes. If something slips through, the note is flagged, and publishing it stops to show you the exact lines first. The note itself is always saved — losing your work over one secret would be the worse trade.
